Returns Policy – Terms & Conditions

We are happy to refund or exchange any* unused product returned in an ‘as-sold’ condition with a valid receipt within 28 days of purchase.

For promotional offers, such as ‘Buy One Get One Free’ or ‘Get the Cheapest Item Free’, all items including any free items or promotional vouchers must be returned for the refund to be processed. Goods that are special order, made to measure, or cut to length cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
*Exclusions apply to jewellery, food, and gift vouchers.

Faulty goods can be returned for a refund or exchange in accordance with your statutory rights.
A valid receipt or bank statement may be required as proof of purchase.
Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser and payment method. If payment is made by credit/debit card, the same card must be used.

Stamper App and Stamp Cards:
When a transaction is refunded, any stamps earned (physical or digital) must be returned or will be deducted.
For Stamper App users, digital stamp removal is automatic and may result in a negative points balance if vouchers have already been redeemed.
Any unused vouchers will be requested to be returned. If vouchers have already been used, their value may be deducted from the refund.

Port Sunlight & Aigburth Garden Centres reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange with or without a receipt.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
